The Moorfields International Glaucoma Symposium (MIGS) is an annual conference focused on Glaucoma Research and Innovation, Clinical Trends and Challenges as well as Service Delivery.

In 2026, they’ll celebrate their 18th meeting since the inaugural MIGS in 2008, the event will take place on January 24th and 25th, 2026 at the Royal College of Physicians, Regent’s Park, London.

The programme, developed annually by glaucoma specialists from Moorfields Eye Hospital, features internationally renowned speakers and offers an engaging, occasionally unconventional agenda. It aims to remain free from commercial bias while addressing topical issues for clinicians, including glaucoma treatments and advancements in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS).

With a dedicated focus on education in ophthalmology, Laboratoires Théa have been the unique sponsor of MIGS since 2015. The 2026 symposia is set to welcome delegates from around the world with an increasingly popular programme, addressing key topics such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Glaucoma
  • Regrowing Ganglion Cells,
  • Glaucoma and Sleep
  • Refractive Cataract Surgery in a Glaucoma Practice
  • Glaucoma in our 4+Legged Friends
